I have seen a few for sale by owner signs. I would like to know exactly what is it that you guys say to a motivated seller/FSBO? I have not done any wholesale deals yet and I am hoping this would speed up the process. My issue is I am not sure what to when I call a seller. Would anyone give me some pointers on what to say or ask when I contact a FSBO or any motivated seller?

Ask them about the property basics; rooms, size, condition, age, repairs needed, etc. Don't make it a laundry list of things but be casual about it. You are allowed to ask them how long they've lived there, why they're moving, etc. Its much more of a listening game than one would think.
Read through some of the tutorials on wholesaling to get more ideas.
