Looking for a adequate source of income that will allow me to earn and learn more about the inner workings of real estate investing. I have consider being a title searcher but want to know if there were better options I may be over looking. Also, I strongly believe becoming a Realestate Lawyer would greatly help in the long run but don't want to deal with school loans. Any help BPers?

Get your real estate license and become an agent specializing in investment properties.

Get your license.  It's not difficult and you can do it very quickly.

Then get a part-time job or hustle hustle hustle.  first couple months as an agent are pretty tough & dry, but you'll find your niche and normalize hopefully sooner rather than later.
