What are the best ways to get my feet wet.

Hello BiggerPockets world,

I am new to REI. I am trying to get my first deal done ASAP. I've been working with someone who is helping me learn the basics and I need more help. I have a letter written that I want to send out to motivated sellers, but can't figure out how to find these sellers. What are my best options?

    @Shawn Connors research wholesaling articles from other Bigger Pocket members, many of the pros are more then willing to share techniques as to who they are marketing to.  Who you market to will vary based on your area but to get idea use the resource here on BP.  a few ideas for you: Driving for dollars, absentee owners, pre foreclosures.  W
