Ha! Thats what everyone wants to know Sue-Ann. No offense but if you are asking such a broad question then you have a lot of studying to do. This website has all the information you could possibly need to become a great wholesaler. Just use the search bar and type in "wholesaling" "marketing" "finding motivated sellers" "building a buyers list" "creative marketing", and so on. Study as much as you can then apply the knowledge. It isn't rocket science. I started marketing in February after LOTS of studying, and since have closed 5 deals with 2 more set to close and a lot more in the works!

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). You can Google to locate them and go to meetup.com

Start within a five block radius of the house you currently live in. Search the tax assessor/collector Web site and send a yellow letter to every mailing address that's different from the property address. State in the letter that you are looking to buy and/or sell real estate in the area. Every week, expand your research by one block.
