I am new to investing/wholesaling and have challenged myself to a 90 day deadline for getting started and making things happen. With that being said I am trying to structure and build my Power Team of good, quality, and ethical team members to work with. I am having trouble finding a few prospective assets for my team one of which is an investor friendly real estate agent in the Minneapolis and surrounding cities area here in Minnesota. If ANYONE is or has another in mind that would be of good reference I would more than greatly appreciate it.

That's awesome Michael! I am looking for someone knowledgeable about investing and investment properties (maybe even invests themselves). Someone who will submit creative, lowball or mass offers. Someone flexible and has a quick turn around for responses (I'm pretty reasonable so I wouldn't be calling or expecting a response too late at night or in the evenings). I've been working with a realtor at Keller Williams. Most realtors who claim they are good for investors are completely unreliable, and a pretty big disappointment. I have a new one I'm using, and we got #1 under contract with him. He was quite patient, was negotiable on terms, and was not rattled at doing research. We plan to use him again in the future. Ariana, my recommendation, if you want to be a serious investor in RE, is to get a real estate license. It will take 2.5 weeks to complete classes and pass the test. You will be not depended on ANYBODY. (searching, looking, analyzing and writing offers)
I spent 12 years in business school and grad school and the best education that I've received was through RE licensing

Thank you for your advice Pavel. I really appreciate your advice. I actually considered it i just thought it would take longer to complete than my deadline allowed. I will certainly look into that option do you have any suggestions of where to go or start?Thanks!
