Pics of a $25k SFH rental purchase?
Great site. I have been reading through all the past posts, and have noticed that many of you like lower priced housing to use as cash flow properties. I am having a hard time wrapping my head around this $25k figure and what these homes look like that you purchase. I find it hard to see someone wanting to rent out one of these places, but obviously they do.
Does anyone have any pictures of one of their lower priced houses, what the seller was asking, and what you got it for? It would really help me put a "value" on the properties I look at. Thanks
