Write your post I filed bankruptcy in June and now I'm trying to get money out of my rental property to start a business. Is this possible?

If you have equity in the rental it could be possible. Find every small bank and credit union within 50 miles of Phenix City and speak to the decision maker. Remember you only need 1 to say yes.
