Welcome to BP. The first thing I would recommend is to set up alerts for keywords which interest you, maybe "Cleveland" for example. That will keep you in the loop on local postings.

Hi Annette, welcome! What brokerage are you with? I just recently became licensed as well. I am will KWGCNE out of Mentor. I always suggest folks start listening to the BP podcasts in the car instead of listening to music. A ton of knowledge that can be gained while nothing necessarily lost. I track the episodes on an excel spreadsheet; just finished all 211! I would also dive into the Cleveland Subforum and read everything you can.
