Assembling a Team in Clearwater/St Pete/Tampa FL, suggestions?

I and a parter are looking to assemble our professional "team" in the Clearwater FL area and are looking for advice/good recommendations for professionals to work with (or professionals you recommend not working with).  Ideally we're looking to find: (assume all are familiar with working with RE investors)

1.  An Agent 

2.  Lender (local bank or credit union)

3.  Property management company

4.  Attorney

5.  CPA

6.  Title Company 

7.  Contractor  

Any advice welcome for a couple of newbies!

    What are you looking to do? Flip single family homes, buy and hold apartment buildings, or something in between?

    sorry so long to repost/respond, was out of town on work stuff.  @Jeff Copeland I primarily am looking for long term buy and hold, but am not beyond flipping once i learn a bit more, eventually moving up to multi-family and commercial.  @Bill Hallman i will pm you shortly.
