Hello, I am interested in starting a group meet up for real estate investors in tri-cities, wa. I am a beginner and wanted to utilize this to network with more experienced investors of all kinds. I wanted to see if anyone has ideas on how to best start a meet up in order to get more experienced investors involved? Thank you

I know that National REIA ( National Real Estate Investors ***) did have a program on how to start a Local REIA group. I recalled it was approx $75 but tha was several years ago,

I always wondered this myself. I live in a more retirement based area where people constantly over pay for real estate, so I don't believe many investors really live where I am. Looking forward to hearing ideas.
