Looking for Real Estate CPA and Attorney in chicagoland Area

Hello fellow BP members... I am in the process of buying my first out of state rental property. I live in the chicago NW suburbs and was wondering if any of you here can recommend an attorney and a cpa in the chicagoland area... Also, the property that i'm buying is in my name and now I'm worried after reading all the posts about protecting your assets with an LLC.. I was going to get an umbrella policy (since this is my first property) but now I'm not so sure... Are there tax advantages of LLC?

Anyhow, any advice is much appreciated..
