Hello BP Community!
With regard to wholesaling properties, would it be beneficial to building a buyers list prior to having a property under contract or that putting the cart before the horse?
How would you have to find a buyer once you have a property under contract?
i think it is very wise to have a list in place prior to putting a property under contract. Im also building my list prior to locking down a property so that hopefully I can assign the contract as soon as possible.
Yea I totally agree with @Brennen Adams . It would be a great benefit if you built your buyers list prior to putting a property under contract because if you have a list of buyers (typically house flippers) before hand then you would know that if you did get a certain property under contract like for instance a SFR, you would have a list of buyers who look to flip homes like that so it wouldn't be a problem selling it because you know that you have people who will purchase it but never forget that you still want to sell it at a low enough price because it still has to be a deal so the numbers have to work if you want to wholesale the property in the first place but don't feel hesitate about it, just know the numbers and make great deals so your buyers will keep coming back because you don't want to jeopardies your reputation if you sold a bad deal because you didn't know the numbers.
