I may sound dumb for this but Connecticut is an attorney state. Our attorneys use their title companies. I couldn't tell you who my attorney uses but can give you his contact if you'd like.

Can anyone please tell me which title company in Connecticut/ Hartford area that is investor friendly? Thank you
@Ryan Herbert, I use CATIC (Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company). In my opinion they are the best title company in CT. As mentioned in a previous post, the title insurance company does not handle the closing like in other states. You need to retain an attorney. I would be happy to help you.
