Where Can I find contracts and paperwork for wholesaling deals? Do I have to talk to a lawyer about getting them? Do I google it? Do I make them myself? Where Can I find them?
@Devlin Quarles, just look here on Bigger Pockets. Under the tools menu, it is called FilePlace and there are forms for wholesaling. I'd just double check with someone local in Maryland to make sure they would work for your state. Good luck.
Everything you suggested will technically work but the real question is will it hold up in court. MD can be a tricky state so I suggest you have an attorney review whatever you put together or pay to have one drafted.
If you plan on wholesaling long term than the money invested to have proper contracts made is well worth it in the long run.
