I joined BiggerPockets this week after searching around for courses on Real Estate Investing. I have a finance background but only took a few undergrad courses in real estate at Butler University a few years ago. I'm creating a business plan/strategy for mid/late 2018. Also, looking to connect to learn from more experienced professionals and see if I can be of any help to others in the Indy market.
