Hi Kansas City BP'ers
After researching and learning about the Kansas City area, I'm taking the next step in my real estate journey.
I'll be visiting Kansas City March 27 thru 31. Would love to meet up in person, connect, and chat about the market with you. If you guys have any recommendations for local meetups and REI clubs, they would be of great help to me.
A bit about my interests.
Buy and hold rental properties in the KC area. Looking for SFRs and small MFHs.

@Vivek Arza check out http://www.marei.org, They are the biggest REI club in KC. Their monthly meeting is always during the second week of the month, but they may be having a weekend workshop when you are in town.

@Vivek Arza What are your goals? Are you looking to buy wholesale, rehab, and rent? Are you looking to buy turn-key, or are you looking for something to buy off MLS? How many properties?
