Looking for creative ways to get a loan for rental property
I am looking for advice on creative ways to get a $350,000 loan with my income ($46k) not being high enough to actually qualify for that high of a loan at a normal bank. I'm in the Pensacola area, looking at a quadplex in downtown Pensacola that would generate about $4,000 gross income.
