Newbie, Noob, Infant to Wholesaling! Direct Mailing Questions

Hello, all I am new to the art of Wholesaling. I am based in Houston. I was wondering what is the best company to use for direct mailing? 

Also, what website would I use to target absentees, evictions, foreclosures, etc. to gather my list to send direct mailers to them?

    Consider working with a list broker rather than a "website" to get your seller leads. Your broker can make suggestions and help you to pull the best list for your campaign.

    Thanks Chrissy. What is the callback rate for the lists you broker? What is the average number of addresses on the list?
