Looking to get into real estate rental properties, any advice?
I currently own a single log truck and operate it myself the over head is to high. I would love to invest in real estate, any advice as to where to begin what steps should I take? I thought about the brrrr method but again I don’t really know where to start.

Do rental properties around you create good cash flow?
Do you have enough cash to buy a property and renovate it and hold it for 6-12 months?
Do you have the time to manage a rehab project or do you want something more passive?
You have to ask yourself all of these questions before you begin.
