Charleston SC Wholesaling and Out of State Deals

Here in Charleston SC looking to understand how i can come across, eviction, absentee, and probate houses without a MLS or Listsource. I am looking to begin wholesaling the "conventional" 0 down way, i know i am in for a slightly more difficult journey to my first flip but i have a projected timeline of 6-8 months and that should be enough time to surely flip at least 2 homes.

I would like to know how and if with 0$ down i can generate good leads and lists, the most effective methods i have used are driving for dollars in specific zip codes and checking the classified ads in papers as well as craigslist.
