Should a buyer come with me to see a property

A lady is wanting to sell her property and I have been contacted by someone who is interested. Is It wise to let the buyer go wIth us to see the property?

You may want to go alone if you are trying to make some money. That way you can negotiate and the seller will be free to talk.
