Hello,
I am in need of a lawyer to help form my LLC. I have looked into LegalZoom and BizFilings. I want to establish my real estate investing business in Orlando Florida.
Can anyone help refer me to a lawyer that has reasonable prices and a quick turn around. Also is knowledgeable on if I need an occupational license with the county and/or city as well.
Are you paying cash, you could use a land trust to protect you in Florida. Give Ed Kerben a call. Most of my investors friends including myself use him.
@Ricardo Kendrick I think you are being smart here. While LegalZoom and Bizfilings will save you money on the formation, you get no advice or guidance from them. Hiring a lawyer will cost you more, but you will (hopefully) get the benefit of their knowledge and experience and then you can learn from that knowledge and experience.
