I want to get back out in the field and attend as many worthwhile Real Estate Investing related expos on the West Coast in 2019. I am mostly intersted in single family flips and multi family projects West of Colorado. Primarily California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington and Oregon.
Did any of you attend some good events in 2018 you could recommend I look into? Anything on your docket for 2019 you could share with me?
Why would you want to spend all that time and money with an Expo attendance? You have Bigger Pockets!!! If you can't find what you're looking for here to give you the confidence and information to get and get your first deal done then I am confident you will not find it at an Expo either. I wish I would have found Bigger pockets 10 years ago and I guarantee my W-2 job would not be part of my life. But having 18 houses I've done well it might have been 81 houses if I had Bigger Pockets earlier! Just do it!
Because I am looking for in person networkign opportunities. I am not going to "learn" how to flip houses. I've been in the business many years. I find the in person experience and connections are worthwhile. I used to attend many, years ago but it's been a long time so I am not sure exactly what it out there currently.
Any help an suggestions to events from others would be appreciated. :-)
@Ivan Oberon hi Ian. I’m not sure about expos, but there are a lot of meetups in the Seattle area.
I also know of several properties that would make great flips if you’re looking at the PNW.
