Hello everyone, new to this in Melville, NY (Long Island). I am interested in making contacts in the Jacksonville, FL area. Specifically, broker/agents, property management, mortgage/finance resources and other investors who are familiar with the area. Need to build a local team, get email alerts and access to off market properties so I may start analyzing deals. I am primarily interested in multi-family 2-4 units. Location TBD. Is the University a good area? Shore? Need help and advice to begin my business. Once I have some people in place I will take a trip to meet in person and tour the areas of interest. Look forward to hearing from helpful folks who can guide me with honesty and integrity with the hope that we can all make money in the future together. Thanks.

@Michael Bocian Hi Michael, just bought an investment property there and my realtor was great. He handled the purchase, renovation and secured tenants for me. Very turn-key and I live outside the USA now, so he was a great resource for a distant investor like me.
