It is a pleasure to be apart if this community. I am a recent college graduate who would like to become experienced in real estate investing. I have zero experience in the real estate world. My purpose of joining here is to hopefully find out what makes someone success at real estate investing and how to get there. I hope to gain from here a mentor, an understanding of what I need to do to lock in that first deal, and how to continue to gain wealth from investing. Alot of investors get here from different backgrounds, s there is no 1 answer.
My recommendation is to get some business experience - working for Enterprise rent acar taught me Sales, marketing, negotiating, the finance of the individual branch and how to affect it, dealing with customers, These are all traits that helped in the real estate investing world.
Later I became an agent and all these skills helped and I was able to find good deals through my dealings with real estate
