Question

I use all of the traditional methods of finding motivated sellers, foreclosure list, probate, code violations etc. I still have trouble finding motivated sellers in the Austin, TX area. I can across the 2 Day Blueprint and was wondering if anyone has any info or insight into it. I don't want to pay for another system or software that doesn't do what it say's it will do.

I'm looking for feedback with that program. Thanks!

@David Doyle - I'm always suspect when someone posts 1 item and it's a positive review for someone's paid course. Makes me suspicious of the course even more! Call me cynical but I've seen too many people get no value for the money they spend.

I took it last year (September 2018) and it was absolutely mind blowing! It teaches 30 different ways to attract off market motivated sellers, raise capital, scale and more. Some are the strategies are the traditional ones you've heard about and some are completely new but ALL the strategies have a VERY unique twist and approach to them that separate you from the other investors in your market.  For me, it's the best training I've ever taken because its sooo thorough.  I've made 15 times the money I spent on it and I've only implemented about 6 of the 30 strategies.  A year later and I'm still building it out. That's how thorough it is.  Also, the free follow up support for life is game changing.  It's legit. Hope this helps.

I took the 2dayblueprint in February. It is the basis of all of my marketing. Just from a mail trick and the scripts when doing in-person appointments has gained me 5 deals. The ongoing information coming from the Facebook group is invaluable. I am in the same market as Jason and I see it as more of a comradery than a competition. I talk to Jason and or Alyssa once a week about different strategies or if a deal is worth going after via creative financing.

@Keith Le Blanc, I am going to the 2-day blueprint in April. I personally know people that have gone, and they all claimed that it changed their business model completely, in a positive way. It is pricey, but if you find someone who is also going, you can split the cost, so I was able to only pay $2500 beforehand and I will pay the other $2500 when I get there at the event. It does cost a lot, but I am also in Grant Cardone's mentorship $999 and Brent Daniels mentorship $3500, so I am well aware of the cost of quality mentorship. I know that with Jason's team, they will be with you forever, not just a temporary mentorship. I am not even in the mentorship, but the Facebook group has been so helpful and I have not even attended yet. Again, this is just information for you, and I would say just do some research in advance. You can probably join the FB group Wholesaling Houses Every Day too and just talk to people who have gone.

I recommend. Provides many different ways to find deals.  Actually too many options so you have to pick just a few to focus on.  Follow the step by step processes and trricks and it makes a difference. I was looking for a system that I can just follow day to day and this has given it to me.

I’m really never on here and read through the inquiries. I see some of my clients responded. Most of my clients are full time investors so I’m not surprised they are not active on here like some people said.

I’d be happy to show any of you a little of what we do that is vastly different than “get a list” and “cold calling” to hunt for sellers.

I don’t know if most of you are beginning your investment business or long term investors, but just 1 example of how we close deals other don’t here is food for thought below and maybe you’ll see an easier path to budget free closings.

1 of 34 off market deal flows to consider is setting up co-op relationships with Junk Removal Companies. They send you sellers after they give a bid for Junk Removal and you put in writing that you do “co-marketing” of their business with them. Again free ways the help them get exposure. Now you gets leads ready for a contract right now. No endless follow up needed. 100% of the time the lead wants to sell. I don’t know why people don’t teach you folks this stuff. I guess it is because they can’t sell a system around this 1 lead flow.
