Hey my names sean beksinski and I'm 21 years old, I work 40 hours a week as a plumbing/gas fitting apprentice. I spend 10 hours a week in school ( finished this coming April ). I also am actively studying spanish 3-4 hours a week. Besides commuting to work, my free time is spent reading real estate, business, and self improvement books. I'm currently working on finding and buying my primary residence. After buying my primary residence I plan to house hack to lower my expenses and then later on buy my first investment property ( stuck between finding a rental, BRRRRR, or a flip ). Anyways I'm looking for a local investor who is interested in taking me on as a student. I can offer my knowledge and footwork for your knowledge. I can door knock, drive for dollars, or even help with a plumbing issue.
