i can't find the property owners name for a property i had found that looked vacant while i was driving around, is there other ways to find the homeowners ? help plz.

Hey Soni! Welcome to the community. You could just mail to the address and there is a chance it could be forward to the owner(not likely but worth a shot). Reach out to a real estate agent, they have some more resources than investors. This would be a total favor from the agent as you would probably buy it yourself, I am assuming, but if you know any they may help you out.

Check your county property accessor's website and if it is in an LLC you can trace the owner's information through the secretary of state or your state's equivalent.
