Hello, new to real estate investing and need a good title company to work with. If anyone has any suggestions in Omaha NE that would be much appreciated.

Midwest Title Inc, is very investor friendly and a great  company to use. We've used them for dozens of closings without a single mishap.

    @Andy Thramer Premier Land Title is awesome. They don’t mind 2 weeks closings and communicate very well. I typically work with Linda Ruma.

    If you are new new I usually recommend Nebraska Title. They are super patient and have all the docs you need from purchase to close.

    Midwest Title is a great title company to work with and is very investor friendly. We do a large amount of real estate transactions with them. I'd recommend reaching out to them! You can let them know that Amber at Miller Way referred you!

    I have used Alex Kumm at Charter Title for hundreds of transactions, highly recommended.

    We use Charter Title and Escrow and I would Highly recommend them.
