My husband and I have just started looking in Jax area, we live west of there in Baker County. We have not done anything, but research and learning so far.

@Rachel Damaral Just 2 months ago you posted that you and your partner were looking to "build a team" in Charleston, SC. Did you not know 2 months ago that you would be moving to Jacksonville? How sure are you that you are going to stay here?

@Steve Hall I did know that I was moving to Jax, thats where my partner is. He works for a single family flipper there. We are still trying to build a team in CHS, that is our end up point. We would like to invest in both cities but Jax will be our first investment.
