Tips/Strategy for Purchase First Rental Property
Hello,
I'm a firefighter working out of the country. This year I'm focusing on clearing out a large debt and having the hard cash to put down 20% on an investment property by hopefully the end of summer. While I am a veteran, I can't utilize a VA loan bc I'm overseas, but I hope to buy multiple properties over the course of 2-3 years. There is ALOT of knowledge and expertise from reading the responses, so any advice is appreciated 🙏🏽.
