So I don’t really know anyone local in real estate investing, looking for someone to message or even have lunch with. Extremely serious and determined to invest by the end of the year. Looking to house hack first and move on to more multi-families! Any advice?

    I invest in Lynchburg and have found that Mickey Herzing is a good local real estate agent who also invests. Good Luck!

    I’m an investor and from Lynchburg. I currently live in DC but  I own one property in Lynchburg. I’m looking at multifamily homes as well. I would be happy to have lunch with you when I’m in town.

    Im not buying and holding in lynchburg yet. But I’m born and raised here and started flipping last year.
