Who is the best person to call to install window a/c units

Question

I just bought a duplex in Richmond and the unit upstairs needs a/c units. Should I get them for every window? Do I buy the units personally? Or should I just call an A/C guy?

@Oliver Luz I would just put one in each room like living room and bedrooms. Takes 5 minutes to install you dont need a pro to help, easy peasy.

You should just buy them at home depot and install yourself. You get to save some money and learn how to do it.
