I would like to meet with like-minded investors. I am an investor living in MO, USA. My wife is Belgian and I lived in Gent for 3 years. We have one townhouse rental in Gent and I'd like to learn more about the the rental business and investing in Belgium.

Here in Missouri I am investing in small apartment complexes, so I could share what I know about that.

I'll be in the Gent, Gavere area for a few weeks in March 2020. Anyone want to meet?

Hi! I'm very interested in this group. I own a couple of properties in Rochester, NY which is a great place for renting (5 universities). My husband got a job offer to work in Leuven. We should visit once the restrictions are lifted. Meanwhile I'm looking to buy a place to live and rent.  I've been there 10 years ago but it seens there is a lot of new development. So I wonder how are rentals doing and what is a good location (Kessel-Lo, Heverlee, Leuven)? Is building a second floor too complicated?  Any plans for future meetings? Thank you!

I can share my experience with my 2 rentals in USA and remote management. 

I'm not sure what is the update on social gatherings in Flanders. But I should be back in Belgium by the end of May. So digital in May or physical/digital in June would be ideal for me.

There is a saying in Belgium : “when it rains in Paris it drips in Brussels”.  France is fully re-opening all restaurants and pubs on the 9th of June 2021.  I predict  that Belgium as usual will follow this date or a date close to it.   So I would suggest a physical meeting in the 2e half of June 2021.
