Good evening everyone. I was wondering if anyone had any experience in STR and/or AirBNB rentals in the Texas Hill Country? Specifically the Fredericksburg area? Any thoughts and/or guidance on what the ROI and market in general looks like in the area would really be appreciated.
The "B&B" business in Fredericksburg would be your competition and it is thriving. I don't know if the market is saturated for short term rentals. There is plenty of traffic though since it is a tourist destination. Appreciation has been very good, like many places in this part of Texas.
