What bank do you like to use for you real estate business? Why?

    We bank with BECU for our investment properties. Free checking and savings account and they have a business credit card that gives 1.5% cash back. 

    They are also fairly quick to open HELOCs, but I have heard that other banks/credit unions offer lower rates (at least initially).
