So I bought a property over a year ago and was hope to us that property as Collateral. But the bank will not let me becz it is 4 mobile homes on the property. I bring in 1500 a month. I have the property over half way payed off. Is there any other ways I can get the bank to help me out.. thanks BP
@Bryon Rohda it is possible you could put the homes on permanent foundations and then have the ability to get it financed. It isn't as expensive as you might think.
