Hello, a colleague of mine would like to move out of her townhouse condo and make it a rental. She would like to split ownership (up to 4 ways) and asked me if I was interested. I need to run the numbers. It needs no rehab. I live in a condo above it so I am familiar with most of the numbers. But if splitting 4 ways, is there a way to account for that in the calculator? Thx.
