Lawyer and CPA in San Diego CA

Hello,

I will start wholesaling as well as possibly flipping. I will also start a consulting firm. I'm looking for a good and investor-friendly lawyer as well as a CPA to help out setting up the legal and tax strategy.

Looking in San Diego, National City, Chula Vista. Any suggestions?
