Yes, you are right! The Greater Cleveland area has multifamily property opportunities however the grade of the properties (from street to another street) can vary from A-F. Although some of the properties are close to downtown, I'm not sure if its a category property A or F base on location.
You say the funds are there? That will be very crucial because the Realtors that I know in the area will not take you seriously if you can't show proof of funds or have a pre-approval letter.
