Year 2 in college, determined, How should I get started?

I am in my second year of college. I posted last year asking how to start out in investing but I did not have the flexibility to dive in. Now I am ready and I want to take advantage of the market right now. It is my goal to have a property or flip a property within the next year. I am very passionate and determined to start my real estate portfolio. I have been researching every chance I get for the last year and I am hungry to start.
