Are any banks or credit unions doing a 30year amortized loan right now for single family rental property?

Anybody have a good contact for Credit Union?

    I would start contacting local banks and credit unions and seeing what programs they have available. This financing is pretty normal though for investors on this size property. The interest rate will be a little higher since it is an investor loan.
