Does anyone have experience with BRRR in Albuquerque? There are also new developments right around a Netflix studios. Concerning with high crime rates but wondering if Netflix will change the surrounding areas.. for the positive.
I don't have any experience but as a newbie I am looking to start investing in ABQ. As far as I'm concerned there is a lot of potential in the market, for BRRR, rentals and longer term holdings. I think further investment by Netflix will only help.
