Hello Bigger Pockets Fam!

I’m looking to do my first house hack in a safe and profitable area south/southwest/west of the loop.

I’m looking for recommendations on areas and investor savvy realtors and lenders.

@Paul De Luca  thanks for the shout out!  

@Nicole Scott depending on your size and budget Ive seen some solid 2-4 unit deals done recently on the west side of Pilsen and portions of Bridgeport.  Both areas are seeing solid growth and have price points slightly lower compared to some area on the NW side like Logan Square and Avondale.
