how to write snow removal by tenant in lease?
Hi, what is an example of how to write a detailed description of snow removal being the responsibility of the tenant in a triplex, duplex, single household? I have read that I would need to dictate when and where the snow needs to be shoveled and specify how soon after a snowfall a path needs to be cleared and how wide the path needs to be.
How would you write that on your lease? Thanks!
