I can help for the financing piece on investment properties. I don't do primary residences. You are best to use a traditional broker if you can. However if you get stuck feel free to reach out. If you have no job, no income or don't want to verify your taxes....thats where I come in.
Hey Max welcome to the BP community. The market is hot in the North Shore area due to low inventory, but there are still deals to be found!
