Is wholesaling a good area to start in real estate.

I am looking into real estate investing. I have many questions but I am going to keep this short.

Is wholesaling real estate relevant in the covid era and if so where can I look to get the right

training, it seems like there are so many "gurus" out there who are unqualified and just looking

for the money.

Short answer: no.
Question: Do you have any background or knowledge in real estate? Do you have any skills in evaluating repairs or have you ever comped a property for ARV? If no, extremely hard no.
Question: Do you have any capital of your own to put into the business. If no, extremely hard no.
Long answer: Don't pay for a thing and don't try to become a wholesaler to get into real estate. If you want to get into real estate investing, attend local meetups and make connections with people you can learn from and over time, you may find a niche for yourself.
