Hi everyone,

My name is Sandy Pathak. I have been working as as IT PM for number of years and I am looking to start investing and get my feet wet so that I can be financial independent and don't have to rely on my job. I have set a goal for myself to achieve that in 5 years. I have read may books and listening to all the podcasts specially BP and trying to start growing my network. I would love to connect with other investors and people in the business in Fairfield county in Connecticut.

I would love to just connect / grab a bite or drink etc to learn more. Feel free to reach out!

@sandy Welcome!  This is a great place to connect with folks and learn more about the asset class.  I like your aggressive goal of 5 years, the key is honing in on a strategy and a market then executing.  You'll learn a ton if you stay active and continue learning!
