Currently have a duplex that has done tremendously well looking to buy my next property looking to go into a larger multi family unit 4 to 5 looking to fund rehab To build more capital

    Purchase the property with a bridge loan that comes with a lender funded rehab budget. Once complete refi the property into a long-term solution. Hopefully the property will have a nice ARV so you can pull your invested capital out and continue to purchase more units.
