AirBnB outside of the US

I live in NC and own a property in Jamaica that I want to list on AirBnB. I would like to start an LLC to run this. I will be operating and managing the business from NC, and all financial dealings with AirBnB will happen in the US. I will employ a property caretaker in Jamaica. Since the property is in Jamaica and I will employ individuals in Jamaica, is there anything special that I need to do.
